Job Description We are seeking a motivated

Customer Service Agent

to join our Charlotte team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring an exceptional service experience and providing guidance on our programs and offerings. This is a key position in maintaining the high standards and reputation of Skillbridge Academy.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency

Provide clear and accurate information about our programs and services

Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining a positive experience

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
