About the Role
Carrols owns and operates more than 800 Burger King Restaurants, and we need great leaders on our team! The Breakfast Coordinator ensures that the store delivers excellent guest service during breakfast hours and keeps our customers happy and full. The Breakfast Coordinator is the chief of the breakfast team, responsible for opening the restaurant, guiding staff, maintaining inventory, completing paperwork, and managing financials. Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours* Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our guests. Inspire and guide staff. Complete daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success. Manage breakfast inventory. Prepare the restaurant for lunch business. Qualifications & Physical Demands
You must be at least 18 years old. You must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with your team. Physical demands: Counting money accurately. Reading and writing in English. Carrying up to 40 pounds regularly. Basic computer skills. Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time. Reach, bend, see, stoop, kneel, squeeze, and press. Company Benefits
