As a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services at Walmart, you will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations by operating pressure washing equipment on a variety of surfaces.
Base Pay Range $21.00/hr – $39.00/hr (subject to local wage law). Additional premiums may apply.

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and equipment.
Assess areas to be cleaned and set suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
Remove dirt, debris, trash, and contaminants following safety procedures.
Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
Perform other facility‑related maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry.
Valid, state‑issued driver’s license held for at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
Relevant certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred, but not required.
