Get to Know Your Team Hillcrest Hospital South is a full‑service 180‑bed hospital providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services using state‑of‑the‑art technology in a friendly community setting. Consistent performance has helped the hospital be nationally recognized for patient safety.
The Guest Services Coordinator provides exceptional customer service and ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations in two key areas: the hospital information desk and the gift shop. Assists patients and visitors with directions and information, manages communication, and oversees retail operations such as inventory control, ordering, display and sales.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Professional demeanor, adaptability and strong customer service.
Preferred Job Requirements
Retail knowledge including inventory management and cash handling.
