Job Description
The primary requirement for Domino’s Pizza Customer Service Representative (CSR) applicants is a positive personality and a clear, highly energetic voice. They must be customer‑service oriented, able to speak with customers throughout their shift, and competent in dealing with various customer issues. CSRs must be well versed in product details, services, charges, and any other relevant information that may arise during customer interactions. Additionally, CSRs will learn basic store operations, including making pizzas and product control. Work Environment
