Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred
Location: Lowe's Companies, Inc.
Key Responsibilities
Provide SMART customer service by executing Lowe's policies, procedures, and programs.
Build and maintain vendor relationships and ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe’s specifications.
Collaborate with Merchandising Service team and Manager to communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs.
Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in‑store service to store, market, and corporate leaders.
Engage with customers to understand needs, locate, demonstrate, select, carry, and load merchandise.
Communicate stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information to customers.
Perform product merchandising tasks: plantograms, price blocks, color blocks, and place plants; fill plant racks per plantogram.
Execute reset, service, and maintenance tasks using power equipment (e.g., lifts, order pickers, compacter baler); maintain safe and secure store environment.
Maintain signage, pricing labels, wayfinding, and digital maintenance; audit and update pricing labels inside and outside the store.
Detect and report shoplifting, theft, and security risks; keep aisles clear, secure doors and gates, and conduct daily safety reviews.
Adhere to safety requirements, housekeeping standards, and programs (e.g., Zone Recovery).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks, reading planograms and plantograms, and setting up and tearing down displays.
3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.
