Paladin Technologies is seeking a Security Systems Technician to install, terminate, configure, and test security systems in commercial settings. Ideal candidate brings solid cabling fundamentals, hands‑on hardware experience (locks, readers, cameras), and drive to grow with a leading telecommunications and security integrator. Responsibilities
Install, terminate, configure, and test enterprise security solutions with minimal supervision. Lead project installations, maintain quality control, and provide exceptional customer service. Track project progress, escalated risks, and close punch‑list items. Troubleshoot and problem‑solve device, wiring, and network issues. Read and interpret blueprints/low‑voltage drawings; coordinate device locations and pathways. Qualifications
Process‑oriented with strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to support customer systems via remote diagnostics professionally. Networking knowledge and practical Internet/IP experience (IP addressing, PoE basics, switch/NVR connectivity). Able to work independently and resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction. Valid driver's license and clean MVR required. Current certification in Honeywell Pro‑Watch, Genetec, Openpath, Exacq, 3xLogic, Brivo is a plus. Additional Skills & Certifications
Alarm/Intrusion systems, CCTV/IP Video, Access Control. Commercial cabling experience. Video analytics, visitor management, IP network systems. Experience leading a crew and coordinating with owner teams. Training & Career Development
