DEGREE
Master’s Degree in approved Human Services field with either LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LPA, LPP
JOB DUTIES
Provide Behavioral health screenings, assessments, and diagnostic impression interviews of consumers. Provide individual, group, and family counseling/therapy to consumers. Provide psychosocial evaluations. Provide treatment planning and termination summaries as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Provide consultation/education/emergency services. Provide outpatient appointment and follow-up with appropriate service agencies as required.
