This is a part-time on-site role for Front Desk Staff, based in Conway, NH. The Front Desk Staff will perform receptionist duties such as greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and handling inquiries. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, managing bookings, handling payment transactions, and answering phone calls. The role requires efficient communication with guests and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable, professional demeanor, and ability to create a welcoming environment Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed Seniority level
