Action Property Management is seeking an exceptional individual to join our elite team as a Luxury Door Host (Front Desk/Valet) at our prestigious luxury high‑rise, The Carlyle Residences, located in Los Angeles.
About the Role As the first point of contact for residents and guests, you will deliver a refined, five‑star experience, setting the tone for service excellence throughout the property.
Compensation & Schedule Compensation:
$22.00 – $25.00 per hour.
Schedule:
Varies and includes day and evening shifts, generally between 8:00 am–4:30 pm and 12:30 pm–9:00 pm. Flexibility is required.

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
Deliver consistent five‑star service and ensure a welcoming, polished arrival experience.
Oversee the front driveway and entrance, directing incoming traffic and coordinating closely with valet operations to manage vehicle flow and service efficiency.
Escort residents and guests into the building, assist with luggage, packages, and personal items, and maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the front door, driveway, and lobby areas.
Perform valet duties such as parking, retrieving, and relocating vehicles.
Cross‑train at the front desk and step in for Concierge coverage when needed: monitor lobby activity, maintain access control, answer phones, assist residents, and manage package distribution.
Be prepared for permanent Concierge shifts that may become available in the future based on staffing needs and performance.
Requirements
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience; hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience preferred.
Willing to valet and cross‑train across front desk, door host, and valet functions.
Valid California Driver’s License required.
Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates highly desired.
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Strong judgment with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Proactive and service‑driven approach.
