At Bigham Cable Construction, Inc., as a Telecom Aerial Foreman, you’ll oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You’ll serve as the on‑site expert, offering guidance and support to less experienced team members.

What You’ll Do
Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
Safely use equipment like bucket truck, digger derrick, and excavators.
Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job.
Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws.
Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
Be 18 years of age or older.
Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
High school diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
Valid state driver’s license (cannot be provisional), with an acceptable driving record.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.
At least 3 years of related work experience.
Be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified.
CDL Class “A” driver license is preferred.
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift objects greater than 55 pounds.
Occasionally: use keyboard and mouse.
