Floor Maintenance Technician

Pay Range This role offers a base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. Hourly pay is available for all team members. Medical, dental, vision, vacation, and 401k benefits are available for eligible team members (see details below).

Job Description The responsibilities include overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. All tasks are performed based on a schedule, including timely completion of floor care areas, proper care of floor machinery, anticipation and recommendation of floor care needs, and promotion of a safe work environment. Some floor care experience is suggested but not required; we will train you on our proven processes.
Hours 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Saturday to Wednesday.

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
No janitorial experience required – we train you in our best practices.
Successful drug screening and background check.
Compliance with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
Team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
Reliable transportation.
