Job Summary
Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will assist with the daily operations of the restaurant. The role ensures that each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service with high‑quality food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

Here’s What You Will Be Doing As an integral member of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.
Maintaining day‑to‑day financial controls.
Creating and managing staff schedules.
Interviewing, hiring, training and orienting team members.
Overseeing coaching, counseling, and staff development and managing team relations.
Ensuring proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
Maintaining health and safety inspection standards.
Setting the tone for a fun, family‑friendly environment in the restaurant.
We will provide the training and development needed to achieve your management goals. Internal promotions are based on performance and business need, not hire date.
Qualifications (includes, but not limited to)
Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience (high‑volume food service concepts preferred).
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
Valid driver’s license in good standing & access to private transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent & possession of all documents required by state and federal law.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, results‑oriented and customer‑service focused.
