About the Position
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the production, inspection and packaging of every great product that leaves our facility. You will make retail storage and janitorial products that you and your neighbors rely on every day.
Shifts
Days: 7am – 7pm
Nights: 7pm – 7am
Duties & Expectations
Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents.
Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
Maintain product specifications and packing according to customer requests.
Trim, assemble and pack parts.
Supply the lines and packing/stage areas with required materials.
Rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours.
Work all scheduled shifts.
Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
Compensation Earn up to $21.00 per hour with perfect attendance. $1.00 shift differential for night shift (7pm – 7am). $500 referral bonus.
Fixed Schedule All shifts are scheduled 2/2/3. This schedule gives you a 3‑day weekend every other week!

Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, push, pull, lift up to 40 lbs. and lift up to 80 lbs. team‑lift.
Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and authorize a background check.
