PT- CDL Driver
Position at Cypress Village Retirement, part-time.
Job Overview Make a positive impact on our residents’ lives by providing safe and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
Deliver residents to scheduled activities and appointments.
Complete vehicle safety checks before transporting residents.
Accurately record vehicle mileage and resident attendance.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and out.
Transport vehicle(s) for routine preventive maintenance on schedule.
Notify supervisor of necessary repairs and vehicle malfunctions.
Immediately notify supervisor of resident concerns, problems, or incidents.
Accomplish all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
Perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
High school education required.
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with good driving record.
Class C license with passenger endorsement.
DOT medical card required.Must pass background check and drug test.
Ability to interpret and follow map directions.
On-time attendance.
Must be CPR, AED and First Aid certified.
Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
Maintain courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents.
