What You'll Do Every Day
Be the welcoming voice (or message responder) for inbound customer contacts via phone, email, or chat.
Quickly understand the customer's needs and provide basic info on payments,escrow, or loan status.
Seamlessly transfer routine servicing questions to our sub-servicer partners.
Identifyand transfer sales opportunities—like refinance, purchase,andhome equity—directly to our Loan Officers.
Handle and close simpler requests on the spot for a great customer experience.
Log every interaction accurately to keep everything compliant and smooth.

1+ years in customer service (call center or financial servicesa plus).
