MHE Operator – DHL Supply Chain
Position Overview

Essential Functions
Accurately and efficiently picks, packs, and sorts orders.
Assembles kits, labels items, and engages in other value-added tasks.
Operates manifesting stations.
Performs basic inventory counts, kitting, packaging, and related tasks.
Communicates with supervisory staff about any issues affecting the general conditions of the work area.
Familiar with work directives, equipment maintenance basics, etc.
Understands and upholds cleanliness standards, ensuring a tidy workspace.
Takes on additional tasks as needed, including functions of other warehouse positions.
Upholds food safety and quality guidelines.
Regularly uses RF (radio frequency) scanners.
Operates all material handling equipment successfully.
Security
Complies with all company inventory control and security procedures.
Safety
Complies with all government and company safety rules.
Reports safety issues promptly to management.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
1-3 years previous warehouse experience.
