Operations Warehouse
staff for our
Baytown, TX
location on our 1st shift (7am-3:30pm).
Starting base rate is $17.00/hr. Successful applicants will be required to complete a post-off Hair Follicle Drug Screen (approx. 3-6 month window) and background check.
Responsibilities
Operate industrial bandsaw
Operate forklift, front end loader, and side loaders
Operate overhead pendant crane
Operate general warehouse equipment: air grinder, banding, razor knife
Measure and verify material using tape measure, caliper, and micrometer against BOL, Packing List, Job Traveler, Load Manifest
Properly identify material
Fill out paperwork
Process orders into computer software
Follow directions on paperwork, special instructions, and from supervisor
Safely handle, move, stack, and load material
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of steel or industrial experience, including operating front‑end loaders, reach trucks, overhead cranes, and saws; the ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds; and effective communication skills. This role also requires a high school diploma or equivalent and is detailed‑oriented with the ability to focus on multiple tasks.
