Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with a passion for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining advanced manufacturing systems? PDM's Manufacturing facility operates 24/7, and we're looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure that our production lines remain efficient, safe, and reliable. This hands‑on position requires expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of manufacturing systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, and mechanical systems.
Perform routine maintenance, repair, and rebuilds to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation.
Optimize machine performance through troubleshooting and advanced problem‑solving techniques.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance machinery performance, increase product yield, and ensure high‑quality output.
Participate in machinery startups, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance while adhering to safety standards.
Use your technical knowledge to provide feedback and suggest improvements for ongoing operations.
Ensure exemplary housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
What You’ll Bring
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control logic systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with hands‑on experience working on high‑speed manufacturing equipment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing to the team’s success.
Flexibility to work shifts when needed, and availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as required.
Qualifications
Degree in a technical, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Forklift certification preferred; OSHA 30 certification is required within 3 months of hire.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced, non‑climate‑controlled environment.
