Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
Coordinate and participate in food preparation and delivery processes
Implement and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
Train and develop new team members
Create employee schedules and manage staffing levels
Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining high quality standards
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Problem‑solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale systems and basic computer applications
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
