Job Description This position seeks leaders and assistant managers to oversee store operations and ensure standards. You will be responsible for all aspects of the shift, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. You must follow all Domino's policies and procedures, manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, and ensure profitability.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure all aspects of shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from crew.
Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Maintain a perfect image and adhere to company standards, provide excellent customer service, ensure punctuality and attendance.
Arrange transportation to/from work and ensure timely arrival.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Training Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions and Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Work Conditions Exposure to:
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
In‑store temperatures ranging from 32°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas
Extreme weather conditions, including:
Temperatures ranging from 0°F up to 110°F outside
Rain, fog, sleet, snow, ice, wind, dust, and more
Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
Fumes from food odors
Exposure to cornmeal dust
Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler

Lifting (Bulk product deliveries: 2+ times per week; unloaded with hand truck; deliveries up to 50 lbs and dimensions up to 3' x 1.5')
Carrying (Large bags/boxes/crates up to 50 lbs; Trays of pizza dough 12 lbs per tray)
Pushing (Tray dollies up to 24‑30 and require up to 7.5 lbs force)
Climbing (Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder)
Stooping/Bending (Forward bending at the waist; required for pizza assembly; repeated continuously during the day)
Crouching/Squatting (Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas)
