Do you want a career in manufacturing? No experience is necessary and Dal‑Tile will train you to succeed! You will be paid weekly at $19.72 per hour and enjoy 182 days off a year, including every other weekend.
What You Will Do
Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
Stock lines/machines with needed materials
Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients
Load/unload machines
Perform quality control checks
Monitor equipment or processes and report issues to supervisor, including safety, quality, productivity, and systems‑related problems
Support a life‑long learning environment, enhancing own skills and assisting in development of other team members
Preferred Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic
Ability to wear required PPE
