This position is responsible for daily timekeeping edits, adjustments, and reporting; new hire/returner orientation tracking; departmental training logistics; and document scanning for eight departments and over 3,500 employees.

Job Duties Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position:
Assist with completing daily timekeeping processes within Workforce Management, including initial review and identification of all outstanding timecard exceptions, staffing adjustments, ensuring daily break tracking sheets are submitted by operational departments, completing and finalizing daily timecard edits, and following established audit procedures.*
Track, coordinate, monitor, and update training registration for new and returning employees via phone call/email; ensure employees are scheduled for department orientations quickly and effectively; own all aspects of the Entertainment Complex training database and related reporting*
Coordinate and complete scanning of payroll‑related documentation, assist with training Employee Support staff on the most effective and efficient ways to utilize Workforce Management for exceptions and timecard edits; support line‑level employees in their use of the Workforce Management system
Assist with school calendar research and entering the data into Workforce Management, and audit monthly
Assist HR operations on a rotational basis
Assist with submitting and tracking Secondary position codes to new hires and transfers
Assist with tracking and reporting on employee clock‑in/out procedures and provide a summary of any outstanding issues to the appropriate managers
Assist with the daily operations of Employee Check‑In during peak operating times
Assist in maintaining documentation and databases to ensure Child Labor Law compliance
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Skilled in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Proficient in working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time.
18 years of age or older.
Completion of high school or GED.
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, preferred.
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field, preferred.
