32803 Job Description:
Coordinates pre-transplant evaluations and assessments. Manages the transplant waiting list and patient status updates. Facilitates communication between patients, families, and the transplant team. Organizes and schedules transplant surgeries and related procedures. Provides education and support to patients and families throughout the transplant process. Monitors post-transplant recovery and follow-up care. Manages donor organ procurement and transportation logistics. Communicates the schedule for stem cell collections/harvest with the dialysis department. Coordinates with the blood bank to facilitate designated donor and phereses blood products for the patient. Coordinates pre and post-bone marrow transplant evaluation for the patient and donor, when applicable. Develops and implements policies and procedures related to transplant coordination. Bachelor's Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range:
