ABM is seeking motivated Facilities Technicians to join our growing team and support mission‑critical infrastructure for a leading client in the eMobility industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a handyman skillset, familiarity with basic hand tools, and experience using CMMS or work order systems (such as Corrigo or ServiceNow).
Key Responsibilities
Perform general handyman tasks, including but not limited to:
Patch and paint walls
Install corner guards and kick plates
Replace ceiling tiles
Basic carpentry repairs
Repair or replace carpet
Hang/install pictures, electronics, and anchors
Door repairs (handles, closures)
Exterior pressure washing
Dusting and cleaning
Conduct basic plumbing repairs (unclog sinks/toilets, replace flush sensors, faucets)
Support engineering team with tasks such as:
HVAC filter replacement
Lighting maintenance
Inventory management and restocking supplies
Manage and close work orders in Corrigo or similar systems, ensuring SLA compliance.
Perform site inspections (daily, weekly, monthly) to maintain client standards.
Engage with building occupants regarding repairs and ticket updates.
Escort vendors and assist with event setup/furniture moves as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar environment or facility management setting.
Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks and hand tools.
Familiarity with work order systems (Corrigo, ServiceNow, or similar).
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Customer‑focused mindset and commitment to meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Pay $70,000 - $85,000/HR. The pay listed is the hourly range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a company incentive or bonus program.
