Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Execute the installation of Cintas garment handling machines throughout the United States. Responsibilities to include unloading, spotting, mechanical reassembly, network connection and communication verification and final programming of PLC.
Coordinate installation with the Program Manager, End Customer and Cintas team.
Provide onsite demonstration to machine users, Cintas MAMs and SSRs, and end user maintenance personnel.
Assist in training and mentoring new team members both in the field and in our manufacturing facility.
Perform onsite mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting.
Perform basic controls troubleshooting and program updates.
Perform comprehensive post install inspection of the equipment and complete a formal Cintas Engineering signoff document.
Prepare weekly service reports for all work done in the field and submit to Cintas Engineering.
Prepare and submit expense reports weekly for expenses accumulated while in the field.
Make travel arrangements weekly and manage an efficient travel schedule.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Travel Requirements:
Four (4) weeks per month with departure on Monday and return on Friday.
Qualifications/Skills:
Basic understanding of computer operating systems, networking, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma required. Preference is to have diploma or degree in a technical field.
Language Skills:
Communicate verbally and in writing in English.
Mathematical Skills:
Add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Reasoning Ability:
Identify work process problems and possible solutions.
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations:
None.
Physical Demands:
Stand for prolonged periods of time on concrete floor. Will be required to kneel, squat, stoop, recline, climb, crawl and/or bend as needed. Must be able to adjust visual focus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, over 50 lbs with assistance of a lifting device.

Typical hospital or higher education laboratory environment.
