Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical parts according to manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, process documents, travelers, etc.) into sub‑units or complete units.

Wire electronic components as instructed in accordance with manufacturing documentation.

Perform work in accordance with quality and engineering standards, including inspecting and testing own work before moving to the next routing step.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to present a professional environment.

Complete production/quality related documentation and cable and panel wiring as required.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment.

Electro‑Mechanical experience with schematic reading, mechanical and electrical comprehension, and measuring tools (multimeters, continuity testers, tape measure, calipers, etc.).

Hand tools expertise (wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, small power tools).

Overtime required when needed.

Preferred: Associate’s degree in an electronic field and relevant certifications (IPC‑610, IPC‑620, J‑Standard 001).

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in mechanical assembly concepts, electro‑mechanical assembly, schematic reading, and testing equipment.

ISO controlled environment experience.

Education Preference

Associate’s degree or higher in an electronic or networking field.

Lean Manufacturing, automotive service excellence (ASE) certifications, IPC‑610 and/or J‑STD‑001 certifications.

Salary Range Salary Range:

$40,900.00 – $54,500.00

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on factors including location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
