Gateway Management Company
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Congaree Pointe apartment community located in Columbia, SC. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities.
In addition, the technician works with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Requirements
Minimum of two years of verifiable maintenance experience.
HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
