Scraper Operator – Earthworks Division
Join Dondlinger & Sons Construction Co. Inc. as a Scraper Operator in our Earthworks Division.
Job Responsibilities
Operate truck‑pan/tractor‑pan scraper, along with other heavy equipment as needed (loaders, rollers, dozers, blades, excavators, and skid steers).
Perform mass grading, rock stabilization, demolition, and other duties as directed.
Perform daily fueling and greasing.
Assist with various labor‑based tasks, including heavy lifting up to 100 pounds.
Required Qualifications
Mass‑grading experience operating a scraper.
Valid CDL (must be able to work within 50 miles of Wichita, KS).
Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
