Commitment to safe working practices and knowledge of safety policies/procedures. Demonstrated good safety record. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel). Get Into Energy – Energy Industry Fundamental 2.0 certification is a plus ( getintoenergy.org ). Duties
Maintain and service HVAC systems. Perform generator and fire alarm inspections and testing. Perform low‑voltage gloving (up to 277 V) for electrical systems and lighting. Monitor and perform basic service on building cooling systems. Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and plumbing repairs (e.g., erecting 2x4 walls, hanging doors). Perform landscaping tasks—including lawn mowing, sprinkler repairs, and snow removal—across all facilities. Organize, install, and remove systems and office furniture. Monitor, maintain, and perform minor service on boilers (including completing daily boiler service logs). Handle material of heavier items safely with team lifting or assistive equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists). Safely lift parts, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 75 pounds from floor to above‑head level (>72 inches). Assist with custodial supplies ordering as needed. Travel 20% across service territory; occasional overnight stays required. Adapt to technological changes as they are implemented. Plan and supervise contractors as needed. Create reports—e.g., safety and housekeeping issues—complete facility inspections, and oversee worksite safety. Respond to emergency callouts within 30 minutes. Company Standards

Full‑time position. Salary: $22.02 to $40.09 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits
