Description Operates multiple-position telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. Performs miscellaneous hospital Telecommunications and clerical duties as needed. Monitors all hospital alarms, performs code paging, and provides patient information. Consistently delivers exceptional service to all callers. Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.25 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
High School, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience required.
Additional Qualifications
Must have a minimum of one year customer service experience and basic computer knowledge.
Associate of Arts desired.
Good command of written and verbal communication.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year
