Relief Customer Service Representative Driver

The Relief Customer Service Representative builds solid, positive working relationships with customers and is highly motivated to exceed their expectations and requirements. Vestis operates in a very competitive environment and a successful Relief CSR must balance exceptional customer service with meeting and exceeding individual sales growth goals. As an advocate for the organization, the RCSR strives to generate goodwill and loyalty for the organization while performing their work in a professional manner at all times. Responsibilities

Safely operate a company step van in the designated area to provide products and services to a variety of clients. Verify daily preventative maintenance of the vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation. Manage the daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product. Load and unload product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed. Meet sales goals and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability. Develop leads and prospects, call on prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts. Assist the sales organization with the procurement of additional new business. Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and communicate these clearly to customers. Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner. Take responsibility for personal safety and watch out for the safety of others; use safe precautions, proper tools, and equipment, and adhere to all safe work practices and policies. Perform other duties as required or assigned that are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum age 21, valid driver’s license, and excellent driving record. Customer service experience with a wide variety of consistent customer contact. Strong math and basic computer skills. Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business (preferred). Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to identify and solve customer concerns. Working Environment / Safety Requirements

Working conditions include exposure to adverse and varying weather conditions, which may include extreme hot or cold temperatures depending on geographical location. The environment is fast‑paced and sometimes requires irregular and long hours. Physical requirements: Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs. and load/unload product from truck without assistance. Must occasionally lift and maneuver 50+ lbs. The position requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching. Education and Certifications

High school degree or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Location: Little Rock, AR.
