The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and organized Fulfillment Specialist to support order fulfillment operations. Reporting to the Manager of Fulfillment, this role ensures all inbound and outbound shipments are completed in a timely, accurate, and cost‑effective manner while maintaining accurate inventory records and effective stock management. You will help drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, environmentally conscious workplace, proficient in shipping and warehousing practices, and be a self‑starter who thrives in an environment of continuous improvement and problem‑solving. Meeting deadlines and delivering on promises nurtures your soul.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating shipping labels, packing slips, and organizing documentation.
Pick and process orders accurately and quickly following company's fulfillment standards.
Monitor and address order exceptions and perform purchase order reconciliations.
Ensure accurate PO receiving and shipping reconciliation.
Coordinate and maintain an efficient warehouse layout to streamline operations.
Assist with inventory counts, perform stock reconciliation, and assist in receiving inventory.
Support the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, including sweeping, garbage disposal, and stock placement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Promote and uphold Pela's commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and safe practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Familiar with domestic and international shipping.
Proficiency in Google Suite and shipping/inventory systems like ShipHero or comparable platforms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods.
Collaborative, team‑oriented attitude with a strong commitment to green manufacturing and sustainability.
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

3:00 pm–11:30 pm
11:00 pm–7:30 am
