Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and run the register
Cashier duties and make purchase suggestions
Process receipts, handle money and balance cash drawer daily
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness in all areas
Provide fast and friendly service while working with a fun, energetic team
Present on-site attendance, maintain predictable schedule
Skills and Experience
Strong customer service skills and communication
Ability to sell products and provide friendly conversation
Work at a quick pace and enjoy teamwork to meet daily goals
Creative problem‑solving and offering suggestions
Preferred Qualifications
Retail and customer service experience
Cashiering experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours
Lift/carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
Bend at waist with occasional twisting up to one hour per shift
Climb ladder to retrieve materials or place/ remove signs, requiring eye‑hand coordination
