in Green Bay, WI. Ryder is immediately hiring a WMS Coordinator. This warehouse position pays weekly: Hourly Pay $21.00 per hour. Schedule: Rotating days, set shift time from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Position Description Various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles at Ryder support distribution across the US. Equipment being handled includes WMS System, Computer, and Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
1-2 years warehouse experience
1 year of WMS experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Basic knowledge of Excel
Forklift experience (or forklift experience); equipment certification may be required depending on location
Bilingual a plus
Important Note Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
Responsibilities
Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor.
Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve problems with the day's orders.
Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates.
Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
