Maintenance Technician
to help us maintain a high‑quality community experience for our students.
In this role, you’ll respond to maintenance requests, complete repairs, support unit turnovers, and help keep the property clean, safe, and fully operational. If you enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and helping residents feel at home, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What We’re Looking For
Prior maintenance experience in student housing, multifamily, or similar environments preferred
Strong skills in general repairs, troubleshooting, and building systems
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair (HVAC certification a plus)
Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and safely
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with students
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day
Dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining a well‑kept community
Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation as needed
Valid driver’s license is required
What You’ll Be Doing
Complete work orders for student units and common areas
Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance‑related issues
Assist with unit turns, including repairs, cleaning touch‑ups, and inspection tasks
Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce system downtime
Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and inventory stocked
Perform groundskeeping and community upkeep as needed
Work closely with the on‑site team to support student satisfaction and safety
Participate in emergency maintenance response when required
Pay & Perks
Compensation Range: $20–$26 per hour, based on experience
Pay Schedule: Paid semi‑monthly
Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
