This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heavy Equipment Operator based in Stephenville, TX. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery, performing excavation and land management tasks, and ensuring proper use and upkeep of equipment. Daily tasks may include site preparation, grading, and other earth-moving activities to meet project requirements. Collaborating with team members and adhering to safety protocols will be essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Experience with Heavy Equipment and Equipment Operation
Proficiency in Excavation and understanding of site grading and preparation
Skills in Equipment Maintenance and knowledge of Used Equipment functionality
Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in the operation of heavy machinery
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in outdoor and physically demanding environments
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate machinery safely
Previous experience in land management or construction is a plus
