WhatYou’llDo:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Handle general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and preventative maintenance.
Ensureall equipment, tools, and work areas aremaintainedin good condition.
Assistwith unit inspections, turnovers, andmaintainingcurb appeal.
Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hoursmaintenance emergencies.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
WhatWe’reLooking For: Previousmultifamily property maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Reliable, hardworking, and customerservice-oriented.
