The Addictions Care Center of Albany
Primary Purpose:
Candidates will provide stabilization and rehabilitation substance abuse case management services to men in a residential setting in accordance with OASAS and Agency rules and regulations. Candidate will monitor residence for medical, mental health, safety and security issues and work cooperatively with the treatment team to meet the needs of each client. Monitors client medication schedules, following program procedure and protocols and assist with residents upon admission to rules and regulations of the program. Work Schedule/Location:
The position is Monday - Friday, 1pm - 9pm. This is located at the Men's Residential Program, 90 McCarty Ave, Albany, NY. Experience Requirements:
Must have a CASAC-T, CASAC-P or CASAC. Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience, and valid NYS driver's license. Education Requirements:
Minimum Associates Degree in Human Services, Social work or Chemical Dependency Counseling or related Job Type: Full-time
