Currently, ECM is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at Mill Creek Apartments in Chesapeake, VA.

Responsibilities

Direct staff members and delegate assignments to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.

Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.

Perform wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, and repairs to doors, cabinets and closets.

Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

5–10 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience.

HVAC & EPA licensed and available to work overtime.

Own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.

Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.

Availability to accommodate emergency on‑call schedule if requested.

CPO certifications preferred.

Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License (no exceptions).

Background screening and drug test required.
