Job Description
Order Picking: Safely and accurately pick customer orders using a paper pick ticket or RF scan gun while operating a man‑up order picker or stand‑up forklift. Deliver pallets or carts to the designated packing area or station.
Order Processing / Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment, complete computer transactions, apply shipping paperwork to products, and load trucks as required.
Receiving / Put‑Away: Unload trucks using a sit‑down forklift, check in shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and move products from the dock to designated storage locations via forklift, order picker, or turret truck.
Participate in annual physical inventory activities.
Follow all company PPE and safety requirements.
Contribute continuous improvement ideas to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety, and organization.
Participate in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience operating various types of material handling equipment.
Ability to perform frequent bending and lifting of products.
Team‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
Comfortable using computers and scanning equipment.
High School Diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of warehouse‑related experience preferred.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift.
Frequent arm movement, walking, bending, and stooping required.
Must be able to lift and handle medium‑weight parts up to 35 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits The estimated salary range for this position is
$19 to $23 per hour . Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors such as skills, experience, and work location and is not typically at the top of the range.
