Carwash Assistant Manager – Holyoke, MA
Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000
We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on Assistant Manager who isn’t afraid to jump in, lead by example and help keep our car wash, dog wash, and detail center running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and inspire a high‑energy team.
Maintain smooth operations across car wash, dog wash, and detail services.
Provide top‑notch customer service to every customer.
Monitor equipment, keeping the facility clean and safe.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
Step up as manager when needed.

Leadership experience (car wash/automotive a PLUS!).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
