Position Overview As part of our dedicated team, CDL Drivers will operate a SiteOne vehicle to deliver world‑class service and landscape, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products to our customers. CDL Drivers are also responsible for loading and unloading trucks and working with teammates to ensure the branch operates successfully. This position includes the use of in‑vehicle dash cameras to enhance safety and job performance. Drivers are expected to keep these cameras on during work time, turning them off only during off‑duty periods.
What You'll Do
Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations
Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person or over the phone
Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
Assist with other branch responsibilities as needed
Do not obstruct or interfere with in‑vehicle dash cameras, which must remain on during working time. Cameras may be turned off during off‑duty time.
Adhere to all SiteOne safety and security protocols, including but not limited to required use of in‑vehicle dash cameras.
Skills We Are Seeking
Valid Class A CDL license
Experience operating a manual shift vehicle (preferred)
Experience operating a Moffett or other truck‑mounted forklift (preferred)
Ability to read, write, and record daily records
Ability to perform physical requirements such as bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head on a daily basis
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
