CARE GIVER – PART‑TIME (MEMORY CARE) Join Ivy Living in the role of a Caregiver at Ivy Park at Woodland Hills. This position involves assisting residents with activities of daily living while ensuring a safe and compassionate environment.

Shift schedule: Friday & Saturday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm (two shifts per week)

Pay range: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour, depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and continence management.

Respond promptly to residents’ needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.

Notify a supervisor immediately of any observed or suspected changes in a resident’s condition.

Maintain a safe, secure environment for staff, residents, and guests in accordance with established safety standards.

Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED required; experience preferred but not necessary.

Minimum age 18 years.

Excellent customer service skills and strong desire to work with the elderly.

Effective written and verbal communication with employees, supervisors, physicians, and residents’ families.

Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests.

Compliance with Oakmont Management Group COVID‑19 vaccination, daily screening, and PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines.
