Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships. Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies. Delivery Operations – Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules. Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment. Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies. Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly. Qualifications

Minimum age 18 years. Valid driver’s license and adherence to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements. Basic knowledge of automotive parts. Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. Full‑time flexible schedule availability (mornings, nights, weekends, overtime). Additional Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English. Previous automotive retail experience. Hazmat endorsement (preferred). Benefits
