Schedule:

Train Monday–Friday; then transition to a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with alternating weekends

Our client in the food production industry is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join their team at a cold‑processing facility in Denton. This is a hands‑on role operating industrial equipment in a fast‑paced, cold environment—ideal for someone mechanically inclined and eager to grow in manufacturing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery on the processing floor

Handle and process raw materials (including meat) to meet production specifications

Troubleshoot equipment issues and elevate mechanical concerns

Follow strict safety, quality, and sanitation protocols

Work in a cold room environment (24–28°F), with occasional time in a -10°F blast freezer

Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized

Why You’d Be a Good Fit:

You have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or food processing environment

You’re reliable, safety‑conscious, and hands‑on

You’re eager to learn how machines work and take initiative to solve problems

You’re comfortable working in cold conditions and handling raw meat

You’re open to training Monday‑Friday and then moving to a 2‑2‑3 rotating shift

Additional Details:

PPE and boots provided (cold gear not included)

Cold environment is a consistent part of the job

Must not have allergies related to meat or food processing

Temp‑to‑hire role with strong long‑term potential for the right candidate
