Job Summary We’re seeking an Industrial Scheduler with expert-level Primavera P6 skills to support large-scale industrial construction projects including data center projects. You will develop and maintain fully logic-linked project schedules, track daily manpower, coordinate with field teams, and provide accurate progress and manpower reporting to project leadership and clients. This is a high-impact, hands‑on role requiring full-time on-site presence.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and manage Primavera P6 schedules from planning through commissioning, including baseline, update, recovery, and “what‑if” scenarios.
Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities into a cohesive master schedule.
Track daily and weekly manpower by craft, crew, area, and work package, coordinating with field supervision to validate plans and progress.
Prepare and distribute daily manpower reports, histograms, and labor forecasts; support labor loading, leveling, and short‑interval planning.
Collect, validate, and input field progress, develop progress curves, S‑curves, KPIs, and schedule narratives explaining variances, delays, and recovery actions.
Analyze schedule impacts from scope changes, delays, or productivity issues, and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
Support claims, change management, and time impact analysis as required.
Lead schedule review and manpower planning meetings, and act as the scheduling point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
Qualifications
Expert-level experience with Primavera P6 (Enterprise or Professional).
Proven experience in daily manpower scheduling, tracking, and reporting on large industrial or EPC projects.
Strong understanding of industrial construction sequencing and workflows.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work closely with field teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of commissioning and startup sequencing.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
