Job Description We are looking for an exceptional admin assistant who thrives by anticipating needs before they arise. What You’ll Do Serve as the trusted right hand to two leaders, managing complex calendars and prioritizing critical engagements. Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings. Handle high‑level correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion. Plan and execute leadership meetings, employee celebrations, and strategic planning sessions. Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and recognition programs. Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership. What Makes You Successful Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for excellence. Qualifications High School diploma/GED. 7 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast‑paced corporate environment. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. 5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leaders. Strong project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Exceptional written & verbal communication skills. Superior problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities. Maintaining highest confidentiality and professionalism. Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong leadership skills with ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. Flexibility to work extended hours as needed. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally. Quickly ramp on new systems and processes. Strong interpersonal, analytical & problem‑solving skills. Work in teams and collaborate across functions. Initiative and drive for results. Strong time management for on‑time delivery.
