Opportunity Details Title: Cybersecurity Analyst Duration: 12 Months Location: On-site at Lake Forest, IL Employment Type: W2 only (Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered) Description: This is a non-exempt role. Brief Synopsis Perform cybersecurity assessments based on NIST Framework. Ensure appropriate application of security products and technologies to protect organization’s systems and information. Develop a risk-based cybersecurity program meeting regulatory requirements and aligning with industry-leading practices. Perform threat identification and mitigation activities using industry‑leading security controls and tool sets. Support management in developing strategies, policies, and standards to protect company information and technology assets. Apply technical knowledge to protect company assets against cyber threats. Education & Experience Masters in Cybersecurity (1st preference) Masters in Software (2nd Preference) Bachelors in Cybersecurity (3rd Preference) Top 5 Skills / Requirements Performing cybersecurity risk‑based assessments. Hands‑on past work experience on NIST Framework. Risk‑based cybersecurity threat identification and mitigation activities. Strong cybersecurity background.
