The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains strong attention to detail, and consistently ensures orders are shipped with 100% accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Pick orders accurately and efficiently based on picking tickets Pack orders neatly and safely to prevent damage during transit Complete all pick, pack, and ship processes for outbound orders daily Move products between receiving, storage, and shipping areas as needed Stock, re-stock, and organize inventory on racks according to warehouse standards Assist with receiving, returns, inventory control, and general warehouse upkeep Work collaboratively within assigned teams to meet operational goals Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Pack incoming stock, conduct inventory counts, and report any shortages Load FedEx and UPS shipments into their designated trailers Operate warehouse equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified) Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned Requirements Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs Effective time management and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills preferred (Word, Excel, ERP systems) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Must understand English (written and verbal instructions) Schedule Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime including Sundays as needed.
